The turnkey service covers every stage of the process, from concept to the final handover of a move-in-ready space. It includes developing the interior design concept, defining and selecting materials and finishes, coordinating teams and suppliers, overseeing construction, and final handover. All management is centralized within the Spacemakers team—ensuring aesthetic consistency, adherence to deadlines, and budget control.
Each project is fully customized, and the quote depends on the type and size of the space, the scope of the work (decoration, remodeling, or both), the materials and finishes selected, and whether construction is required. After the initial meeting or once you’ve filled out the detailed form, we’ll provide a no-obligation preliminary quote tailored to your needs and budget.
The timeline varies depending on the type of project: interior design projects take between 4 and 8 weeks; renovation projects involving construction work take between 2 and 6 months, depending on the size, material approvals, and complexity of the project. Clients always receive a detailed schedule outlining the phases and deadlines from the start of the process.
