Although we don't put limits on a housing project, it's important that you define the brief for your project.

Construction Area

Before you start your housing project, or even before you buy the land to build your house on, it's important to be clear about whether you can build on the land and if so, what building area is available. This information can be found in the municipality's PDM and is crucial for starting your housing project.

Purpose of Housing

It is essential to establish a set of parameters from the outset of the housing project. What is the purpose of the house you want to build, will it be a vacation home or a permanent home? How will the house be lived in, what spaces do you want to privilege? How many people will you have to accommodate?

House style

It's important to have an idea of the style you want for the house before you start designing, whether it's more contemporary or more traditional, rustic or industrial, there are lots of possibilities. In addition, there are other crucial details that will depend on each individual housing project and will allow us to build the house you want.  

Budget

The type of housing project developed, from the areas to the materials chosen, varies greatly depending on the budget stipulated for the project. That's why it's important to have a clear idea of how much you want to invest in your housing project.

Briefing

The briefing is the moment when the client sets out what they want from their project. The more careful the briefing, the more likely we are to succeed quickly. The briefing should include the available budget and the time required to complete the project.

Concept

Developing a project concept is the first personal and customized approach to architecture, interior design and decorating a space. It is an outline that materializes the main ideas to be worked on.

Technical Project

This phase includes the structuring of the layout of the spaces, the construction project, the selection of furniture, art curation, among others. All projects are presented using 3D images.

Budget

Once the technical execution projects and specialties have been completed, it is possible to carry out rigorous and detailed budgeting, so that there are no surprises. At this stage it is also possible to make some small changes or corrections.

Construction Management

Spacemakers manages the work personally. We are present at every stage of the project, and can cover a wide range of areas, from project management to purchasing, logistics and warehousing, and even art curation.
